Both J.K. Rowling and David Yates have made characters. And here are as many as we know.

Main CharactersEdit

Harry PotterEdit

Harry James Potter is the main character of the series. He was brought up by his aunt and uncle who abused him. He is a young boy with messy hair and a brave heart. He is always trying to protect those who he loves, and would give anything to leave his friends out of danger. He loves Ginevra Weasley (also known as Ginny) and they get married in the end. However, in the Goblet of Fire, he has a massive crush on the Ravenclaw girl Cho Chang, a pretty and smart girl. He fights bravely all throughout his life and is successful at defeating The Dark Lord. He loses many people he loves, but keeps on fighting, until the end. He became one of the seven Horocruxes that Voldemort made when he (Voldemort) murdered Lily Evans. However, Voldemort never intended to make Harry a Horocrux.

Ron Weasley

Ronald Bilius Weasley is Harry Potter's best friend. From the beginning, he has had feeling for Hermione Granger, the other member of "The Golden Trio". He is always hungry, and makes up any excuse to eat a big meal. He is a member of a massive family and the youngest boy of 7, with a younger sister named Ginny. Ron accompanies Harry through all his adventures; however, he has big arguments with Harry and sometimes Hermione, and their friend ship cracks in the Goblet of Fire (but manages to heal) and when helping Harry hunt Hocruxes in the Deathly Hallows.

Hermione Granger

Hermione Jean Granger loves studying and is very smart and clever. Hermione loves the library and goes there when she's sad. Her parents aren't magic, they're muggles. She has a memory that provides her with many useful spells when finding herself in danger. She is very brave, and is always supporting Harry. She is loyal, mature and wise. Without her, Lord Voldemort would have never been defeated. She falls in love with Ron Weasley. They marry in the end.
